Conditions

- Deposit €150 to €600 depending on accommodation
- Compulsory final cleaning €40 for a 2 pax bungalow and €60 for a 3/6 pax bungalow, €80 for an apartment and €150 for the luxury villa.
- Linen rental 15€/per person/per week
- Cot 4 € per day on pre-booking
- Animals 4 € per animal/day (on request)
- Compulsory tourist tax of 0.99 € per person/day, for over 18s.
- Mobile air conditioner (Only bungalow), 20€ per day. Subject to availability - Remember to let us know at the time of your reservation !

DEPOSIT
Reservations are only considered firm and final if accompanied by a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount for a stay of more than 3 nights and 100% for a stay of less than 3 nights.

CANCELATION
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable except in the event of confinement.

ARRIVAL
We will do our best to ensure that the chalet is available as soon as possible, however you must plan your arrival from 4 p.m.

DEPARTURE
The chalets must be vacated imperatively at 10 am.
